About Me
Born and raised in New York City, Deven brings a diverse professional background spanning both the entertainment and construction industries. Throughout his career in entertainment, he contributed to projects involving internationally recognized artists, gaining valuable experience in relationship building, communication, and fast-paced project environments.
Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Deven built extensive experience in the construction industry, helping manage and supervise more than $2.5 million in ground-up construction projects throughout Florida, including work associated with Blue Origin and projects at Port Canaveral.
Today, Deven combines his relationship building skills, business mindset, and hands-on project experience to serve clients throughout Central Florida. As a husband and proud father, he enjoys being actively involved in the Orlando community and embracing everything the region has to offer. Outside of work, Deven enjoys music, sports, and spending quality time with family.
